How old do you have to be to jump on the trampolines?

Altitude Chicago is suitable for all ages.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. We do not allow jumpers to wear any items with sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. Jumpers are not allowed to wear shoes on the trampolines. For your safety, we require all jumpers to wear Altitude Safety Socks. Refer to our park rules for more details.
Do I need socks?

Yes! We require every jumper to wear Altitude Safety Socks, these socks can be purchased at our park for $4.00 a pair. Safety Socks can be washed and re-worn but are required in order to jump. We enforce this rule to help keep our jumpers safe and our park clean!

Is food available?

Yes, we do have food and drinks available for purchase. There is no outside food or drink permitted. 

What forms of payments are accepted?

Altitude Chicago is a cash-free facility. Only Credit & Debit payments. are accepted in the form of Mobile Payment, Tap-to-Pay, and Chip Payment.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, you can book jump time and parties online by clicking on “BUY TICKETS” button in the navigation bar or on the homepage. Please note that specials are not included in this feature.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No, however, time slots often fill up quickly and without a reservation there is no guarantee that space will be available. We always recommend getting your jump tickets online prior to your visit.
Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, everyone who is on the trampolines and/or the trampoline platform must sign a waiver. 

Can my teen/child attend without me?

Individuals ages 16 & over are allowed to attend without a parent or legal guardian at the facility. Children 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult, or by a relative 16 & over.
